How long will my delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 days (providing the items are in stock). Items are normally delivered within 3 days in U.K, 5-8 days Europe, 8-14 days Rest of World. You will also receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail to confirm your order has been sent. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are made using Paypal. Paypal accept all major credit / debit cards and you don’t need to have an account to make a purchase.

What quality are the digital downloads?
All digital downloads are high qulaity 320kbps Mp3. Digital releases also include cover art.

How do I download the digital product once purchased?
All digital products are dispatched as soon as your payment is cleared. You will receive an e-mail with a unique ‘download link’. Links are valid for 24hours and work with only one PC/IP address.

All digital albums are sent as .zip files. To open, use your computer’s built-in software (or a third-party program - WinZip) to un-archive the file.
Then select all the files and open in your chosen music player (we recommend iTunes).

How are the orders packaged?
All physical product orders from the Lot 49 Webshop are packaged securely to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

An item is out of stock, how can I find out when it will be available again?
If you find a product that is out of stock and you’d like to purchase it, please use the 'contact us' email with any questions.

What is your Refund Policy?
You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please state the original order number. Please contact sales@lot49.co.uk first to organize the return. Refunds are at the discretion of management.
